CANCELLATION POLICY

All procedures require a booking deposit.

 

All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.

 

Clients are required to provide a notice of 72 hours before cancelling or rescheduling their appointment.

 

The deposit can go towards the rescheduled booking, if rescheduled within 72 hours.

 

If a procedure is cancelled for any reason, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.

 

If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancels within 24 hours of their appointment time, they will incur an automatic fee equivalent to 50% of the treatment cost.

Please note* All regional travel procedures incur an additional $50 to each treatment. This does not include additional charge to touch ups.
